At WatchStreamEast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward return policy. Please read the following terms and conditions to ensure that your return or exchange is processed smoothly.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The watch must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • The product must not be a final sale or customized item (such as engraved watches or personalized accessories).

2. How to Return an Item

If you meet the return eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at suport@watchstreameast.com or call (607) 775-1075 to initiate the return process.

  2. Provide Your Order Information: Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

  3. Ship the Item Back: Once your return is approved, carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us at the following address:

    Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase insurance for your return shipment. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, we will process the exchange once the original item is returned. The replacement item will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or Customized Watches: Watches that have been engraved, altered, or customized in any way.
  • Gift Cards and Final Sale Items: These products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Damaged or Worn Items: Items that have been used, worn, or damaged beyond the original condition will not be accepted for return.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.


6. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return and issue your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at suport@watchstreameast.com. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
